HELP? Stereo (Q45 Anniversary Edition)

Ok,i took out my stock Bose stereo head unit out. I got the wiring harness and antenna adapter for an aftermarket Stereo and connected everything in color code match and then finally hooked it up.Then NOTHING except the Back antenna rolled up and that was it? :pat: Now, Is it all the same STEREO connection wiring for regular Touring edition and the Anniversary Edition???
 
I also forgot mention, that i unplug four plugs for the Stock Bose Stereo and
its also came stock with a 6 CD changer.

i used a metra harness and everything worked fine after (i think it was a generic 99-01 Q45 adapter for cars equipped with the bose setup). the harnesses are known for having issues, though -- make sure everything's tight and the connections are good.

Yes, Everything is snug and tight.Dont know why its not working correctly. I have 4 main plugs form the stock unit. Do u think cuz its the 6 disc changer thats not compatiable with the wiring harness that i got since its only came with 2 main plugs.:shrug:

no clue -- i had the 6 disc changer too, but i don't think that should cause any issues. you can try unplugging the changer in the trunk, but that's probably not going to do anything...

check your power and ground?

connect the black wire from the hu directly to chassis ground, not the harness, Nissans and Infinitis never really have ground in the harness

I still want to be able to use the 6disc changer, if its possiable? Has any Anniversary Edition Q out there has use aftermarket stereo and the stock 6Disc CD Changer???  Your right i need to check the Ground cuz i connect the negative to negative on both harness:pat: Ill find out later on, when i get on it. 
 
Oh yea im using Scosche harness connetors! Are they cheap brand?

 ^^This.  Everything will work great.  I didn't know this and I was freaking out one weekend.

Now I got to find out, How to get my Stock 6 Disc CD changer to work with an Aftermarket Deck.
 Any suggestion wil help?

Call crutchfield, get the info, then hang up and go buy what you need from someplace cheaper. Thats what I do (lol). I found everything I needed for my G50 install on Amazon for about 75% cheaper than crutchfield. It'll probably be the same story for your Y33. Crutchfield is overpriced IMO, but they do have lots of good technical information about what fits and doing installs. I'm pretty sure there is a way to get stock CD changers to work with aftermarket decks, but it might be model specific or something. Good luck!!

The stock CD changer is made by Clarion. You are going to have to mate the wiring harness from a Clarion cd changer to what ever brand stereo you have.
