Car shipping companies

What car shipping companies are out there that have a good reputation? I am looking for something that has a canopy over the roof but throw out all the options that you know of. I had one in mind but they are way too expensive at 1600 each direction. This is from Houston to NY. Thanks

Is it back and forth or just from houston to NY? When gas was $4 a gallon it was going to be $750 to ship my 420 from CA to MN (2,200 miles). I can't remember from where but it was enclosed.

If I were you i'd hit up the internet and call places that ship ferraris/vipers/porsche ect.. since they are used to hauling low cars on a daily basis.

$1600 is about right, some charge flat rate other charge by the mile also if its covered they will charge more.

Thanks for the replies. This has been an annoying process. Once you email one company, they sell your info to a bunch of others. I literally had like 50-60 emails from different shipping places. I'm going to call and check some of these places out. Thanks
