Picked up this beat up GS300 for really cheap and started cleaning it up and modifying it. 

So far here are my mods:

I ordered my wheels back in August, but Work Japan ran out of XSA faces in R disk, My rear in O disk are complete, just waiting on the faces so the fronts can be assembled, ETA for my wheels are December + 6 weeks shipping to Canada. 

I got kinda sick of riding on stock chrome.

Found these locally for super cheap...pretty much pocket change, thought i would pick them up for the time being...

went into the body shop to get some hail damage removed, as well as my trunk repainted and JP spoiler put on... I asked them to check out a little rust spot i saw on the rear quarter turned out that it wasn't just a little rust spot...

I gave the shop the go ahead to cut the rust out and weld in new metal, it's already done, and it looks just like OEM. 


I get the car back from the body shop Wednesday, so I'll post some more pics then!!

Yup sure is. The body shop did an amazing job at repairing it, it looks OEM now. The shop that's working on it specializes in restoring old cars.

All of my body work is done at Dreamin Auto, excellent shop.. If you go there to get an estimate done, tell Rob that Jimmy from RCTS sent you and he'll give you a nice discount.

I work at RCTS, so all of my parts are ordered through my work. We're the only Endless / Zeal dealer in Canada, that's how I got hooked up on the coilovers. Also a dealer for Vertex, HKS, Greddy, etc....that's how I can afford to build this beast haha. RCTS is the only HKS PRO Dealer in Canada, so we're the only shop up here that can tune the Vpro.

My shop is set up as a Toyota / Lexus race team from when we did One Lap of America, so I get a wicked price on Toyota / Lexus parts.

that ridox steering wheel is a bit rare lol, i think it's 1 of 200 made, I've seen them sell for up to $1500 on ebay / yahoo auctions

Nice steering wheel, my first thought was that it is rare to see a GS with an aftermarket steering wheel that is not a race car.  Its even cooler that it is a limited production. 

I finally decided to slap on my Greddy lip on my GS after it was sitting for months.  I like it, fits like a glove, but I still do not like how it looks on there at certain angles.  Have you considered molding to the bumper?  I did but since I won't be keeping it for long, it wasn't worth it for me.

I'm going with the 3GS front end next year, so i'm not really doing any work on this one.

how does that sub sound?

1. blew up stock twins
2. bolted up a Greddy T78
3. did some fender rolling and pulling
4. fitted my new Work XSA's (I ordered them August 2010, finally got em in February)

whatd it make? what kind of fuel set up you running?

it's on stock injectors right now. 360whp @ 12psi through an auto trans with about 5 degrees of timing out of it. Need to put my 1000cc injectors in.

Man those zeals look so nice. Are you using anything to protect them from the elements of winter?

Yeah they're Wiggins clamps. I did them because I keep blowing couplers off and I'm sick of fuckin around with it. No more issues with pipes blowing off on highway pulls....and because they're baller :D

400 is easy to swap as well, just need p/s and a/c lines from a 300.

Wtf bro... you were using properly sized couplers with silicone hoses and "edged" pipes? How much boost were you running?
