Deal on a 95 Previa (SC/AWD)

What do you guys think of this deal?  Is the AWD suspension more difficult to slam?

281,000 miles on it (140k on motor)

I think the price is too high.
The rear should be the same as the regular model.
It shouldn't be too hard to lower you van.
