No center caps. The wheels do have curb rash and blemishes (see pictures). Two wheels have a small crack on the inside barrels. Any professional wheel repair shop can easily fix this.  If you are from the Los Angeles area, i can forward you to a wheel shop that will fix this for $50/wheel.  

A set of four 32mm (5x114.3 to 5x112) adapters available for $120.

I prefer to deal locally (SoCal Los Angeles area) but I am willing to ship at the buyer's expense.
