Water jet a few.  Then shoot me a set and I'll see if they'll fit.  Making the spherical bearing top wouldn't be difficult at all.

i know a machinist who would be perfect for the job. :D Lots of time and effort has gone into doing a proper design R&D on the suspension for these cars. I am really hoping by the end of this year i can have my own set. Then work deals with vendors.. then the world! muhahaha

Exactly.  I'm currently working for a fairly large transit company out here.  Only local one.  Heavy rail, light rail (electric), bus, and paratransit.  I kind of want to stick with the transit industry.  :D
