hey whats up

hey hows it going everyone my name is lee, i just moved back to socal, orange county from oregon " for work" .. through my job i purchased this 3gen gs300 AWD for 15k only had this car for about a solid month and just installed UAS kit and went to VIP MODULAR and ordered my wheels great guys btw and great prices. plans for the ride: coming december  im taking the car to top stitch for full interior. doing body work and adding accessories, i know these wheels are nasty but thats how we got it when we confiscated it, if anyone has any advice they could share on modifications please let me know

thank you q45er ,i chose the vr01's, my dry fitting is next week and i am still debating if i should go with the basic reverse lip or step lip ... for sure ill see you around, did you know about the vip car meets in buena park 2nd sunday of the month?

this Tue theres a meet at the super auto toys parking lot near the corner of beach and Garden grove its on the "west coast" tab on on here it the Food tuck meet..? This Tue at 8:30-11??

i know! they are very classy wheels, i had to many to choose from including designs that are not even out yet but the vr01's seem to be my eye catcher, i think i met you before at a starbucks meet, you were talking about your accuair on how it has memory setings ...  but forsure i will be at autotoys i live around the block from there, to bad they closed down...  im lee btw

Hay lee I'm steve, did you drive your gs to the cars and coffee meet? i dont think i remember seeing your gs there that day...anyways I'll most likely see you at super autobacs yeh sucks they closed but they were kinda over priced tho..cant wait to see those vr01's on!! oh if your on facebook like

actually Ross at midnight garage is installing the system.
It should be done tomorrow so I'll bring it out to the food truck meet if anything.
I really want to check out the AF event but it's my wife's birthday that weekend....so we will see.

HAHA that doesn't sound to restricted to me! LOL what about the offsets?
i'm just rolling my buddies Club Linea wheels right now.  The offsets are far from where i'd like it but it's okay for now.  I'm on some spacers that puts me flush while on coilovers.
Only problem is that the wheels sink in quite a bit now when i'm slammed on air...so it looks like i might need to go bigger spacers...in the front for sure at least.

I'd like to order the Leon Ordens like on your profile photo...but that will be later.

i always thought the issue with awd was diameter, not width. i could be wrong. :shrug:

i was told by lexus that i could not stagger and if i did i couldnt go no bigger then a 9.5 in the rear...  i have 20inch wheels on now and i dont have any issues but my rims are also 8.5 wide:shrug:

ordens are legit!, VIP modular  are making my faces and then earlier today i had my fenders shaved and rolled, but they are going to do my wheel fitting  soon so i am not sure on offset i know i will be flush slammed with a 5 inch lip in the rear and a 3 - 3.5 inch lip in the front
