Fronts won't air up. Stuck in the garage

Just had my air installed last week.
Dual Viair 380C compressors, 5 gal. tank, Accuair manifold and Dakota Digital management.
Everything was fine when I left the shop last night. - everything aired up and down.
Go out this morning and my rears will air up but the fronts won't.
All I hear when I try to air up the fronts is a clicking in the Dakota Digital brain under my front seat and clicking from something in my trunk.
I tried swapping the pump relays. Also, tried airing up both fronts at the same time as well as each one separately.
One more thing that might be important. The tank pressure sender and my left front bag sensor wire must to be swapped because the display says I have 135-160 psi in that bag and 50 - 80 in all the others.

only thing i can think of is to disconnect the wiring from the brain to the manifold and hook up the fronts to a constant 12v source. if it airs up it's the manifold, if it doesn't it's probably the dakota system. as far as the pressure senders, it might be the that corner compensating for your weight? but i wouldn't think it'd be that big of a difference. does the tank pressure read low? you'd just have to swap the wiring for the two sensors wherever they soldered it together.

Made a newb mistake and aired up the rears first. Once I dropped the rears and added tank pressure, they came up.
What kind of tank pressure is correct.

depends on what the dakota is set to, i've never worked with one or looked into it too much. but normal preset pressure switches are in the 125 - 175 range, some higher, some lower, depending on your air needs. tells the compressors to kick on at 125 psi and to turn off when the tank hits 175. just depends on what the dakota unit is set to. again, i wouldn't know i've never worked with one.

you can see what is the on/off psi right on most senders. look at the gauge to see if it is reading right. it is important to lift the front first before the back. most cars need more air pressure to air up the front because of its weight.

same exact thing happened to me! EPIC failure! i was so embarrassed! i am not sure if it is just my setup but after about a month i can air up the front after the rear with no problem =/

any details on your electronic setup? i am looking to upgrade from manual switches! thanks!

No real extra details. Its the Dakota Digital setup with both pressure and height sensors.
Height sensors haven't even been installed yet.
Once I've had it for a while I'll be able to give a better review.
