UCF20 LS400 (FLEXUS) from Australia

Ok so basically showing you my LS400 from down under. Some of the things said in these posts may not make sense as I am taking it from my other forum build thread of my car. Let me know what you think!

Specs:

1995 Lexus LS400

Wheels: 20 x 9 & 20 x 10.5 Work Varianza F2S BP. 

Suspension: UAS air bag system, 2 compressors (Largish, can't remember exactly what), Dakota Digital Height Controller.

Exterior: Job Design Difference Bodykit, Insurance Chrome Grille, Monarch Puddle Lights, Guards shaved and flared, EXE side Mirrors.

Interior: Diamond stitched Suede inserts.

Stereo: Pioneer 2 DIN DVD head unit, Custom Boot Install with 2 x JBL 12" subs, 2 JBL monoblock amps and 1 JBL 4 channel amp.


Ok so you know the specs, so heres a few pics of the Build so far. (Apologies if pictures are too big or small, i'm not used to posting these threads)


First package was the suspension components, so that was the first mod to be done:

very nice LS. I really like the color.

I like it! Cool color, what is it from? Looks like you could've gone with a smaller tire instead of pulling the fenders so much though.

Nicely done!  I am not feeling that rear flare tho.

Thanks guys. The paint is just a custom mix. Can never really capture it right on camera, it always seems to turn a bit more burgundy than it really is. As for the flares, I like them but do need a bit more stretch I think. If another set of wheels come in to play then we'll see how we go about slightly more aggressive fitment. Don't think it'll be happening too soon though. Next in line is the interior and I have a few ideas for that to modernise it and get it flowing with the rest of the car.

Felt like chucking this in as well. This is when the tail lights first went on. Sitting next to my daily =)

I don't have too many pics of the interior as it's standard grey leather but with brown suede diamond stitched inserts in the doors and the centres of the seats. Will post some shots of the stereo install soon though :biggthumpup:

I've considered doing just the inserts as well. Just wanted to see how it turned out.
