That happened to me a bunch of times lol. I just pay to get it done so if they mess up, they have to buy me a new one

Damn sorry about that man, i always do it with the lens facing up or foward, while keeping an eye on it ofcourse....
set your oven at 200, keep your light away from heat beams and you can leave them in all day without any melting.

FYI, the lens were far from perfect. It was scratched to hell.
nothing a cornwell orbital sander with foam sanding pads and a polisher cant handle.. i have brought back beat to fizuk lenses to amazing new heights.

wrd. heat gun > oven.
ive tried the heat gun method before, but still prefer the oven. it evenly distributes the heat all around at one time making it less likely to crack when seperating.
