back story is, he lost his keys at the restaurant, and didn't realize til he left, went back to look for the keys and couldn't find it; asked the management but no one turned it in, so he had his buddy take him home to grab the spare key he had, and when he returned the car was gone.
karma's a beezy, that's for sure; will keep you guys posted on this one

Wow that sucks. The restaurant should have cameras. Ask if you could view the tapes or they could share with the cops. Might be able to find your suspects. Surrounding businesses may even have cameras or maybe some in the parking lot. Worth a shot.
