02 F50 can use Nissan 240 coilovers...help

I have a 02 Q45 and running UA sus / bags with Accu Air managment.
Want the rear to dump lower so looking into getting some coilovers to use with the air sus in place, and heard that I can use the Nissan 240 suspension set ups with maybe a little mod on the top mounts..?
Anyone thats a Nissan Tech or has done this help me with a few brands of Suspension manufacturers I can use for this application....

I've never heard that before... but I can see how it can be.   The rear shock is pretty straight forward.   I know some coilovers just put a regular coilover instead of the shock and spring seperate like some others.   I thought maybe there could be some problems with the shock tower area but seems to work fine.

i can't think of any modded f50's in the houston or texas area.

Naw none of it works really. M45 and g35 works they the same in back. This why i need to become vendor so I can sell my coilovers lol. On the real though 240 stuff won't be sufficent enough for the weight of the car. Not saying it won't work but doing it right is totally differnt

Thats what I was thinking that the weight of the F50 would be too much..
I talked to a guy ar Megan and he told me that you can use some 240 sus componets on the F50...anyways thnks for the input all.

probably revalved and upped spring rates.

i haven't got my  hands on one so i can't offer any for sure solutions yet.
 
the rear shock design is so simple that you should be able to figure something out if you're willing to invest the time. i agree that the z33 chassis would be the place to start looking for something near-bolt in. other possibilies for the rear include z32, a34, and l31. the s chassis doesn't look like a good match based on the lower shock mount. alternatively, you could run a shortened shock.
 
as long as you find something with a proper spring rate and matched damping you'll be fine. that's as far as the weight difference goes.

Thanks blckonblck98 got similar advice from others. Think I might go with a shorter shock or maybe re-fabing the mounts for my rear bags..

Does anyone know how much shorter the G35 rear shocks are then the 02 Q45? Trying to get my rear about 2-3 inches lower...

might be same? not sure
