Request: Pics of radiusing-extending fenders/quarterpanels

I am a fabricator with much experience when it comes down to plastics, fiberglass and carbon fiber. Some users in the board can attest to that.

I'll be humble: I do not know how to radius fenders. I can repair body damage, but when it comes down to something like radiusing fenders or doing an extreme pull (which requires cutting the metal in 'strips' then pull), or widening a fender/quarter with metal, I have a general idea on the how BUT I have never done it.

Since I got wheels for my GS project (20x11 +7 rears 20x9 -7 fronts) and they will poke alot, I tought of going a bit lower, radius the fenders/quarters a bit and pull them out, pretty much like BAHC's TL.

I am requesting pictures of the process when fenders are being radiused and pulled.

I have done it once and it came out good, but the pull was a measly 18 mm. I cut the fender a bit on the edge and welded a metal shaped flare, bodywork, etc, then pulled the door about 5 mm on the corner to make the lines flow. Still, this is nothing like BAHC's TL which was extremely pulled and radiused.

My previous quarter panel work:

Again, any guidance and info will be appreciated guys, thanks!

Nice build, but seemed a little skimpy on the paint job, not really doing the whole thing...and painting with the new nice wheels on? LOL

i like how rather than make ginormous flares, they widened the car first and then put even wider flares on it.
