What wheel co. Makes stock wheels?

Like bbs and borbet I think makes BMW wheels but who makes the m6 wheels some people tell me bbs and some tell me alpina. Does anyone know? I search but I guess I failed at that lol...

Can someone help me out?

are you looking for the makers of m6 wheels specifically or companies that make stock wheels? i can't really tell from your question.

he wants to know who makes the m6 wheels specifically, but it doesn't really matter. as long as bmw is stamped on the back of the hub they're good (or super counterfit).

^^true enless your looking for full blown legit bmw m6 factory wheels you may have a hard time,best thing find an "aftermarket" company that makes factory wheels. ex vfr makes bmw e46 csl wheels... also youll be spending less id imagine

Wouldn't it be cheaper to find some 'baller' who just bought his M6 and put on some $1400 chrome 26" wheels, and purchase the wheels from him rather than trying to purchase them from factory?

m6 wheels are forged, replicas are cast. the difference is in the quality.

i'm pretty sure the op was just wanting to know how to tell if the wheels were genuine. he probably doesn't care who actually made them, just looking for markings to determine authenticity.

Well every OEM wheel I've ever had has the car brand on the wheel pad...I don't think BMW is that different to where they won't.

which i'm sure is what anup was thinking when he posted this but the m6 wheels only have bmw, germany, and some numbers stamped on the edge of the pad afaik.

Lol damn ... I seen the wheels and all it had on the back of the wheel was "BMW and  Germany" and the specs.  I already know they are real I just want to know what company makes them.  Like bbs makes some oem BMW wheels, ray makes some oem nissian wheels, but who makes these ?

But I appreciate all the responses and I already found the rims for dumb cheap!  Thanks guys!

Well I can find alot of things that I do like but it's a matter of how much am I willing to spend on wheels now. I sold the Maya bc I needed the money and these wheels were my cheaper alternative.   And I really like the wheels. They are light, still stockies, and they look nice. But considering I'm selling my 7 -series wheels and I'm using that miney to buy my new wheels and tires without coming out of pocket ... I don't think I can go wrong lol. 

I would love to go 18s in semi agressive offsets but I'll be spending almost 2k on another set. Mike has gotten me on the 18" craze lol but I'll do that if I start another project later.

Other than BBS, usually BMW use Borbet wheels.

i've been pushing him to do these. i think it's gonna be sick. aftermarket concave/no lip options are slim and these kill most of 'em imo.

what difference does it make? i can gaurentee these forged legit wheels are better built than those green ebay reps. lol.
