VIP scene making an impact

I think it has staying power as more and more import enthusiasts shift priorities and move on from Hondas and drift cars.

What a great article? :smitten: It does a pretty o.k. job of explaining the V.I.P culture. I am fairly new to VIP but have been hangin out with autofashion for a few years now and I've recently started my VIP project a "99 Y33 and I have to say there is nothin like a VIP car. When you see a nice fixed honda/JDM or a nice fixed up truck or car you say that's nice but when you see a nicely done VIP car your almost speechless! :D  VIP cars are definatley in a class of their own and is here to stay! :coolsmiley: IMO

All VIP debates aside... I'm glad to see clean and classy is the emerging style. Over-the-top DUB/DONK/conspicuous consumption just seems juvenile by comparison. Go VIP!

Yes Im new to the scene but I dont think you should call the Dub/Donk scene over the top.

Being from the south Im very much into my older cars and love the big rim game, but just the same Im interested and respectful of other auto cultures. The VIP influence has cought my attention and Im very much so going to get a project together and learn as much about it as possible

But by far Im not going to go out and get rid of my 75 Chevy Caprice 

VIP is nice and Im really feeling it but I feel that in the auto customizing world all scenes can live happily together if they respect eachother

Yay! VIP will become the realm of former civic/driftbandwagoners! :crazy2:
Being part of the drift scene before it become trendy, all I can say is brace yourself guys, prepare for the stupidity to commence.
Then in a couple years time, you get to deal with everyone whos part of the next up and coming trend get to tell you how stupid Vip is because all the idiots bringing it a bad name.
The automotive community in the US is just one viscious cycle fed by the media.
