20" rebarrel to a 21" step lip?

Definitely possible. I haven't seen any off the shelf 21" barrels, but I'm sure they are out there.

it might even be cheaper to sell your old wheels and pick up new 21s. unless you really dont want to let go . then good luck to you. getting rebarreled was in my head too. then you weigh the cost .

you're right -- it's probably better to pick up new wheels, but these wheels don't come in super wide 21's (thinking of doing a 10.5 front and a 12 rear) and i'm picking up the donor wheels for super cheap. why not? haha

My only concern? Tires. I haven't looked, but 21's aren't too popular. How are the tire choices?

i'm looking at hankook v12 evo -- 245/35/21 and 285/30/21. the load rating is about right, and they're like 170/ea for the front and 200/ea for the rear. rolling diameter is about spot on too. insane.
