Need help on custom spring rate/ re valving

Im planning on ordering a set of bc coilovers from OG. I plan on driving as low a possible. Now i need help on deciding on what spring rate/ valving to go with. I notice some vip cars running crazy spring rates as high as 32/26 which have been told is overkill. I drive a acura rl/ka9 Thanks in advance.

i already gave him a range that i would recommend but i think he is looking for advice from other ka9 owners. i think anything over 20k is overkill. it's an f/f platform so there isn't much weight in the rear, oem spring rates are almost 2:1. i'm thinking 18/12 after doing a little more research since we communicated.

is your car independent suspension?
what is weight ratio for f/r?
just by guesstimating, i would say OG's recommendation would just about be spot on without knowing much of your cars setup. i myself am f/f and plan to do ~18/11 f/r respectively.

I agree with this statement.
