Not sure if this is low enough for you but I have 18" HRE 542s, polished step lip, 3 piece.

18x8.5 +18
18x9.5 +19

Got work meister s1  full polish inner oitter and face.
18x10/12   +4
but u need more than 2k....   Pm me ur cell if you interested.

Also have a set of polish veilside andrew racing f with gold hardware
18x10 -4
18x11.5   -16

i don't really have anything to offer, other than y33 stock arms and a couple 12" alpine type-r's hahaha
