Im thinking of throwing in the towel on my 240 supermade project

As of 7:30pm last night, my car is in undrivable state (on photos below). To make the long story short, She did not yeild on to oncoming traffic. Turned left where i was going straight and ending up T-boning (lol) a 16yr old, with only a provisionary permit (not on the scene) and not driving with someone over 25+ with a DL. Here's the wreckage.

i have to see since the 240 was only gonna be a project and i want a bigger vehicle (SUV) so i can haul my hobbies and what not. If i get one im sure it will be a good platform.

Herb...that sucks. so is it covered by insurance? 16 yr old w/ no license. whos paying? also u better move that out of the streets, cops will ticket u since its all banged up. i'll call u sometime about the photography. just been busy. its good you're in one piece. better get a checkup from the doctors. pain doesnt show up until later.

thanks guys, since its only been a day since it happened im not sure whether im at fault or she is. Im sure i will be in favor since she did not yeild onto oncoming traffic. What sucks was the cop seemed like he was in favor to the girl (let her not citing two things: no 25+ above driver and no license) so im not too sure how the cop made the accident statement. if everything goes bad im going to hire a lawyer and hopefully will pay for all my expenses that will be needed.

i already know ill get that much haha since some or most of the zilvians are broke and always looking for deals. The wheels, suspension etc etc i will keep and sell them. still contemplating if i want a 4x4 truck/SUV or go VIP.

Damn I always hate seeing this a nice clean car smashed :buck2: I thought it was looking nice so I definitely know youll sell everything quickly I too think you should come out ahead in court and what Caoboy said VIPstyle SUV is the only way to go if you must have an SUV.

Really sucks to have an investment ruined like that....

i'd like to finish the project but it all depends on the insurance people.

^^^ especially a car that is so popular and so hard to find in good condition. That's like wrecking a Chevelle 454SS and it gets totaled.
