Greetings from Elk Grove, CA (916)

Hello all, name's Anthony

I've been into the VIP scene for some time now but never ventured to learn much more about it rather than just looks. I'd love to learn more about it and hopefully (with some cash) turn my car into a formidable VIP style car. I love my car and i love the VIP scene, so i've always been on the look out for VIP style cars at car shows (Wekfest, stance of the union, etc etc.)

As of now, my car is nowhere near what I plan to have it as in the future (currently more JDM than VIP) but once i move in more towards the VIP scene, im going to rid myself of the JDM style.

previously on the DriveAccord forums, many were helpful, but a lot frowned on the stance or bags etc etc.

really now, it seems there were a bunch of people running those, i guess not

a lot of people are running bags, but some prefer being static over bags because its more gangster or they go drive lower or whatever (the debate over which is better will never end). to each their own.
welcome to the forums, you don't have the correct "platform" as some would say, but there's a bunch of non vip platforms that's pulled off the VIP style and no would could say anything about them. so lets see what you do.

Thats a great attitude, and certainly no one is going to frown on you for running bags or coils (personally i have had both, and am going to run a hybrid bag/coil setup).

Just do what you want, not what others want you to do.  That IMO is the key to success aka happiness with your ride.
