03 M45 Stereo Build

I have been gathering parts for the past year and am going to dive into this head first.

The idea is to utilize the factory lcd screen location, and shoving a Clarion nx7000 in its place.

I will relocate the factory lcd into the glove box by extending the harness.
Space is tight where the lcd is, however I will heat up the defroster vents and push the sucker in place.I have a spare bezel that surrounds the lcd, which I will trim up to allow the new unit to stick out 2 inches farther than the factory lcd.

I will run a few sets of rcas to the trunk. I will then runs new speaker wire to all the speaker locations (gut the car and dynmat it while i'm at it).
I have 3 sets of Diamond Audio Hex Pros for the doors and rear deck. Not sure If I am going to hook up dash tweaters or not. Also going to run a hex pro 10" in the trunk.

I will begin here in about a month or so and will keep you guys updated on how it is going.

Has anyone attempted a similar router? Is there anything I am overlooking?
