VSC help for a Presentation

Hello everyone!

I am hoping I can get everyone's assistance?  I am doing a 5-10 Video Presentation in my Japanese Class this semester.  I have chosen to do it on the start of the VIP scene.  I am asking for help to fill in some of the gaps that I have as a VIP Newbie!  

First and foremost- PLEASE forgive any ignorance I may have as I am still learning.

What I am doing is this:

1) The background- Here is what I know.  Japanese mob bosses, usually had big European luxury cars (Mercedes) that they were carried around in.  The younger members wanted to emulate the Boss, however could not afford the MB's  so they purchased the Toyota and Nissan upper end cars and started doing kits and other things to them to enhance the looks of their automobiles.  The VIP scene started in the early to middle 90's?

2) The Types "Classes"-  There are basically 2 types of VIP cars.  The traditional (Executive) and the extreme( not sure what it's called)

3) Pictures- I am looking for owner's approval to use a pic from VSC for the presentation?

I am continually looking for more and more information on my own, however any help is always appreciated!!!

does it actually need to be true? just about all of the information out there is speculation/heresay.
 
the classes aren't real either, that's just what we use to make our round cars fit in square holes. i.e.:
 
"you're car isn't low enough"
"it's exe"
 
"your honda is whack"
"it's vip inspired"
 
"you're s**t is tacky"
"it's extreme/aggressive/modern vip"
 
this would be a great project if you could do it right.

OG..  It's just an informative presentation, no sources needed, however I don't want to just throw random stuff out there.
