We were going to do a similiar backsplash, but since we cook a lot, we opted for a full stainless steel backsplash on the entire back wall where the cooking is done.  Plus, it's much easier to keep clean.

Wish you had that JP car so it would be  as good looking as the house  .....=)

My house is very modest for the area, but we decided to put money into the rooms that we spend a lot of time in.  The real estate market is so bad here that I don't see moving anytime soon, so we wanted to enjoy the house while we're living here.  Renovations and equipment were not too bad since I have hookups, so not making back the investment when I finally sell won't be too bad.

Thanks!!!  We love to cook, so the kitchen is not for show.  I'm doing an outdoor kitchen now because we love to grill too!

Been awhile.....sold my house and picked up a bigger one with 3 car garage.
