Gato's New 430

The homie Gato (Refined Elegance) picked up Tommie's (Liberty) LS430 from Edwin who bought it and had it brought down to Houston. It was a little too much for Edwin, but rest assured that Gio can handle it (no homo). This isn't really a debut, since the car is basically how Tommie sold it, but since everyone is making vids these days I wanted to give it a shot. It was pretty fun, as was the day kickin' it with a few of the RE homies. Hopefully I'll still get a chance to get my hands on this beast and give it a little OG flavor.

Saw the car in person yesterday. I must say Tommie did a good job with it so far but at the same time I'm excited to see what Gio will be doing with it:biggthumpup:

those wheels are defintely on the market. gio didn't even want to post pics of it because it  is still tommie's car.
 
tommie got a good start on the car, but gio will take this thing to the next level. not that tommie didn't get down, but he really did one round of serious mods and sold it.

LOL, the bike rack was an eyesore but the previous owner is a cyclist and put the bike rack to use, unlike other trendy kids. Now its with Gato, I can't wait to see the plans to get started it will definitely look like a different car.

I got on a PLane Sunday morning and he picked me up at the airpost..(Nice to have have VCS members that go out of their way).....I also got a tour of Original Garage (pics to come on that)
 
met up with Joe (mrexecutive) as he rented a garage for the car until I was able to make it down to Htown...Big thanks for that homie!
 
it was a badass day to say the least...got to have a baller lunch with some of the RE crew as well as visit a few shops.
 
and of course the real fun came when it was time to drive this beauty home back to Dallas...ohh man what a ride, theis things a beast.
 
I never would of thought of buying someone elses build, but with my hectic lifestyle, I just didnt want to revisit any bodyshops....and have down time.
so Ben from Stanceworks drove out  to houston with me in January and checked out this beast....and we collectivley gathered it was a terrific deal...
 
with that being said, big Props to Tommy (which I have never really spoke with) but just the badass job he did on this car.
 
the sale was very clean and smooth dealing with Edwin, and everything went as planned for the transaction.
 
favorite part of the car is definitley the Accu Air system and the kit and body lines.

I'm glad the LS ended up in a fellow VSC member's hands, let alone someone who already built a super clean LS430 already...I think Tommy did a great job with making the car look super clean, and I know Gato will keep it that way, clean :)

Lexusondubs, in this economy, talk is talk till money shows on the door step. you can have a deal made, but if someone shows up before you and hands cash down no questions.. I would too.  But i see where you are coming from.

If this thing comes up for sale again, I'll be looking out for it for sure. I was selling my Evo to get this and I didn't sell it fast enough. I think the car is great how it is, but will definitely be waiting to see what's next. If it comes up for sale hit me up!!!
