1x Air Runner 5 Gallon Air Tank - DOT Approved, Black painted by Air Runner.
Has 3 ports, (2) 1/2" and (1) 1/4" drain.  $125 
Specs are 9" x 21"
 
1x Air Runner Compressor with stainless  leader line.
Unknown specs, other than its what comes with the Air Runner kit. 
$200  with 1/2" adapter fitting.

The tank and compressor aren't specific to any vehicle. It is the bags and struts/shocks that are vehicle specific. 
The tank and compressor will work for ANY vehicle, even a work truck for train horns LOL.

im new at this so i would just have to get the bags and all the bolts and hose correct? and wiring ect.

would it be cheapr to piece it all together or just buy a whole

it all depends but what coilover or shocks are you going use for your air setup? i maybe able to help you.
