F50, Y34, ect need help

I need a picture if you have one, of your rear seat removed. There are two or three hooks on the bulk head that the upper back seat attaches to. Hell of a time trying to get infiniti to look it up. They say its a weld on only, if that is the case I need to know if it is the right part or not. Since mine was recline rear seat, I do not have these hooks. 

Any info or pics would be great.
