wheel offset experts: help plz

So when my car got into a small accident, I took the liberty of getting the rear fenders pulled (among other things ;) ) while the car was in the body shop.. I have some 19x10 +15 wheels for the rear, but no tires. i put them up for sale since i figured i could go with a lower offset now. I test fitted racinstyle's rear rim which is a 19x10 +26 with a 265/30. From the edge of the lip to the inside edge of the fender was about .5 to .75 inches. The way the pull was done, its a little thicker on the inside bc of some fiberglass to reinforce it.. But anyway, i was wondering because of the fitment, should I now keep my 19x10 +15? or sell them and get something more agressive? Will it look and fit right?

From the looks of it. That 19x10 +15 will not cut it anymore. Im thinkin 19x11 [b]0[/b], and some camber. But i'm no expert. 

Yeah, but post pics of the INSIDE of the fender... What do you mean by "its a little thicker on the inside", how much room is inside the guard? If you go for stretched tyres and camber, you can probably fit alot more than your original wheels, but you would need to do some measurements yourself...

I'm guess that the flange is fairly thick. 

the edge of the fender is roughly .25in thick

sounds like a shoddy repair if theres fiberglass on the inside
to seal anything u use seam sealer not fiberglass or bondo
sounds hack man


get lower offse rims then u have or get some spacers
super sunk
