help~Y33 lights not working

im wondring if anyone else has had these issues i've been unable to figure this out on my own been searching for stuff and i got nothing, i have a 99 q45t and when i have my light switch to auto only my headlights and fog lights go on and nothing else; cluster, rear lights, license plate light, or the interior switches but if i put it to the other setting everything works fine, also have a 98 q45t and i don't have that issue with it everything turns on when its on auto so im confused as hell. so any advice will be extremely helpful and thanks

yup, dimmer is fine. lights don't go on at all
