drain fitting for air tank

Can anyone recommend a drain fitting for my air tank? Right now it just a normal bolt but I would like to make draining my air tank easier. I have a 3/8 port. Thanks

You could try a craftsman drain cock.   I changed my wing style on my air compressor.   Problem is that you will need to use a channel lock or vise grips to undo sometimes.

go to homedepot and buy a drain cock. its not the butterfly style, but the knob. works good. its 1/4 port so buy an adapter

Exactly what im looking for. Do these seal pretty well? I'd hate to get a small leak with this.

That's why double up with teflon tape.   Test with soap/water spray.   Look for bubbles.   Even the smallest/slowest should be looked at and fixed.

mines held up well. and my tank sees 200psi. its a husky brand i believe.
cost like 5 dollars +3 for adapter.
