Y33 Cima Suspension Options?
What are the the suspension options for the 1997-2001 Infiniti Q45's?
I have been looking for listings for coilovers or even just springs, but haven't found anything yet.
Are the only options air ride or cutting the springs?

Wannabe, there are several options out there for us Y33 owners. I personally have JIC Magic FLT-A2-VIP. They are fully adjustable, both height and dampening. The ride is ok for being dumped.
Theres also Airrunner. I know theres more, just can't think of it now. For the money JIC's are an excellent product with U.S. support.

So I'm really confused on this whole air runner thing....
Personally, I'm a big fan of coilovers. They're dependable and safe in my opinion.
When I hear "airrunner", I think of them as the same as airbags/rods/cylinders like on mini trucks. Is it the same? Because I have heard that air suspension was an option on many applications in Japan....
I can't see that being true if air runner suspension had the same saftey issues as airbags. I've known people to have bags blow out on the freeway and crashing.

check out the infiniti section, there's a guy who just put aftermarket S14 springs on his Y33... seems to work well and you can get used S14 springs for under $150 shipped off zilvia I'm sure.
