What's your current DD at the moment? Ive been driving around my dads old 91 celica to work to save gas and have been looking to upgrade to a new DD . how about you guys?
Daily Drive the VIP ride... What's the point of having a nice modified car if you can't enjoy it and it's benefits on a daily basis?

I agree with rodney, I daily drove my car for the majority of the time. When I took it to the paint shop I ended up buying a daily which I planned to sell as soon as I got my LS back but ended up keeping it longer. My main reason is school, while my car was black it was invloved in 2 minor hit and runs. i just wasn't comfortable spening several thousand in paint and body work and taking back to the place that was reponsible for dents and dings and a broken mirror. I take the care any where else besides that. Now my car is back at the shop and I already have a buyer for my civic that I currently daily so the LS is going to have to go back to daily pretty soon. Gas has never really been an issue. Insruance cost and gas for 2 cars pretty much cost the same as fueling the LS. Not to mention inspection and registration cost each year + maint.
i daily my lexus, and before that, i drove the Q daily
I daily my s14 with no AC and no Heat. But when you get in it and drive being comfortable is the last thing on your mind.
daily mine. id drive something economic if i had a long commute. but itd be fixed up too

been driving mom's altima in prep for sale. was ok for a minute (lowered on 19s) but now sucks (stock on stocks). before that was my titan. need it back (+26s). before that was my ls. stupid starter. before that was my q. stupid transmission. really need another car for daily i suppose.

unfortunately, I have an 07 Impala to DD. I chose a car that I disliked so I wouldn't touch it lol. No offense to those who like that car =X I didn't daily the GS cause I hated the old suspension AND i hate the roads in SF. However, that is going to change... The Air Runner makes it a lot easier to drive out here. If a Scara OZ gets bent, oh wait... lol
I daily my LS. I do about 20k miles a year in it. Like Rodney said, I did the winter/summer car for a couple years. I can't stand not driving the nice car. I will get a daily soon (minivan) purely for practical purposes (2 kids).
I daily my GS well enough. Went through sunshines, rainy days, and hell's road. I think it's time I purchase myself a new set of coilovers. Actual mileage of today (03/08/2011) 228,862 from the odometer and with the original motor&tran. I can (myself) call my daily a beater. Dara
Daily my xB. Then again a daily here is a lot different than a Socal daily. I liken my experience to probably what the Northeasterners/Canadians have with snow and blizzards instead of rain and lower 50 degree days.

I daily my y50 and i love being vip when i see some stupid ass honda with beer can rattling and they just have the dumbest looks when i drive by.
I have a 2001 QX4, and a Infiniti I30 to DD I drive 60k miles a year so I need to space it out on a few cars haha... I like the stress free driving of a stock car, and I could care less how I look

my ls is mine, till winter then switch between pops car.
The Q is the only car I roll.

i daily the M45 myself... looking to get a Crx Si again tho.. 60+ miles back and forth are getting kind of pricey on gas lol
