Watch here as the McLaren F1 is driven to its very limit. Reaching a maximum speed of 391km/h (243mph), the F1 proves it's still one of the world's fastest cars. And we get a ride onboard.

Remember, It is NA. Where as the Veryon, has more cylinders, and turbos. I say not bad at all. Have to work real hard to get a NA motor to do what it did. and back then that was a engineering feat in its self as it is today

And also: it did 243 how long ago, with how many less pistons than the fagy veyron, and it was all NATURAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only association with F1 is the name and the brand.  That isn't an "F1" racing car..just a McLaren F1.

Speaking of which..2011 Season starts this weekend in Australia, Qualifying is tomorrow, GP race is on Sunday.

Haha, was only clarifying so no one got confused thinking F1 went to closed cockpit somehow..haha.

And Mclaren is #2, #4 for tomorrow's GP..front row and second row.
