new wheels project....

So i been buying a few new things. the GS is in the shop so that is getting redone. So i thought i would start a new project. so i picked up a ucf10 for 400 bux lol.  the motor just to get started and im working on that with some friends. its the dark green and i think i will look hot with some chrome or high polished wheels with chrome accents on the car. it has a tan interior but i got me a black interior for 150 bux and it will be on coilovers soon after we get it running. it needs a new drivers side fender and a realignment for the front passenger side. i think the supports are bent but ill get that fixed.  So that leads me to the next thing im about to say which is new wheel project..

i bought these last summer but sold them and now picking them back up for around 100bux. the current specs are 19x9+24 5x112. the new widths will be 19x10 and 19x11 i forgot what the new offsets will be but i know they will be pretty low and plus i will have them redrilled to use wobble lugs. i will be getting new polished lips, the bolts and centers will be done in gold or the center in red, and the faces will be cleaned up. 

anyways what you guys think of my plan? im trying to keep the build of my ucf10 for under 5k for daily driving. the car only has 136k miles so ill see.

lol i try but i dont want to spend to much money on my GS anymore im tired of modding it. Its bagged and has a full color change and its getting resprayed.  i dont want to call this a budget build but i guess its something like that lol. i want something with just rims and suspension and maybe some audio daily driven. but i hear lowenhart inner barrels are weak as hell =/

well if you can direct me to someone who has some nice 18s in aggressive fitment for around 1600 these can still be yours lol.  everyone i seen with agressive 18s wants an ass load for there rims. So i figure i can rebuild these for alot less then what they are asking and these will be in brand new condition

I'm only spending 1500 on the full build with new lips a redril gold bolts and gold center caps

those are work lips, not lowenhart. i doubt these are going to come out looking as good as you want for 1500. they need to be completely refinished, not just relipped with hardware.

well ill see what he can do when he recieves the wheels.. i mean if the faces need to be redone i guess ill get them redone.

like i said, you gonna spend just as much on a rebuild as another set lol. gl though mang =)

Nice wheel I just picked up a set but in dubs and I really lucked out they ended up being new never had tires on them.

i think wheels america  sabs and rollos in houston does... now if you need some straight up gangsta stuff done contact ralph wright in socal...

sabs doesn't redrill.

iirc they do but they just send em out to wheels america anyways. i could be (probably am) wrong.
