Modding cars is an art in itself jus like anything else so I felt this was appropriate

This is an amazing take on originality that I thought this forum may really enjoy seeing as how we all try to be original and unique. Some really great points here.

sounds like you missed the point of the whole article. he actually denounces originality ("nothing is orginal"), gives you guidelines on how to develope your style/art/craft (whatever you want to call it), how to be accepted, and little life tips to help be successful at doing whatever it is you do.
 
very good read. i could apply probably 80% of it to my everyday approach and the rest is now under consideration.

i forgot to mention, i didnt read / see / click article, just jumped to conclusions.

some of you might remember, but for years I had a quote from Pablo Picasso in my sig line: good artists borrow, great artists steal. And Picasso is one of the all time greats lol.

Nice article.  Its very true.  Sometimes we are just not aware of it.

Only reason why everything isnt original anymore is cause its already been invented. just improve on it. 

I blame it on the 1947 roswell event when we had a huge shift of technological improvement all of a sudden lol. Thanks to aliens we can only improve, not originate haha
