I would have centered the design with the centerline of the car. Odd they didn't. And that looks terrible.

They're being phased in at the moment, started last April if I remember correctly. So when your reg expires with the white plates, the DMV sends you the new yellow one when you re-register.
yeah, its not uncommon to see that. IF it is done by Burrberry, they did a quatroportte long while back in green plaid. and so were other luxury companies. It was a benefit and the money wen to charity
