air strut doing something strange.....help?

For some reason, every time I hit the switch on 3 of my 4 air struts it shoots air from the top of the strut. Anyone have any idea on what this could be?

Yea, I just finished the install yesterday actually, and that is when I found out that it was doing this. The company I bought them from is closed until monday, so thought I would see if anyone had any ideas before I call them and bitch at them for the 10th time.

As for being loose, I assumed the same thing, but it's strange because it doesnt seem to be coming from the bag itself, it's like, directly at the top of the strut, which is odd because as far as I know it's one solid piece up there.... apparently not lol.

Air up the strut and spray the entire thing down with soapy water. See where the air is coming from

Ok, for future references to other people who may have this problem.....

Apparently the bag was slipping over the strut and causing the air to leak due to a missing spacer (jeesus). So it needs a spacer from the bag top plate to the top mount to prevent it from slipping over the strut.
