no way, that futon became the garage couch after our puppy decided to 'mark' her territory... now, after a good cleaning, it's good for dirty coilover picture taking
ps: He even threw in a few VIP mags too :)

Yep, i think most of the cars on this forum owe something to Robert. Those coilovers look mint! I would be chucking them on right now - get used to driving a lowered car again and the feel of it etc. Then when you get the wheels it wont be such a change
i.e. going from stock luxury ride to coilovers, low profile tyres, low ride height and aggressive fitment in one hit is a big change!

Update 1-9-07:
Put them on over the weekend, rears went on pretty much same as they came out of the box with nice drop tucking the top of thetread on the rears. Fronts, as you can see, needed a bit more adjustment haha. Tried to drive it like that, couldn't make it out of the driveway without intense rubbing on the front fender guards haha. Raised it up about 1.5" to it's current ride height. I'll update tonight with pics of real ride height and washed car as it rained all weekend.

Yeah, looking good.... It was a good idea to put them on before you get the wheels so you can spot potential problems like the rubbing, and sort them out
Imagine, if it already rubs with stock wheels its gonna be hell with wide ones. I think that to get rid of it you may need to go a little extreme though; removing/cutting the inner liner and then re-routing any wiring harnesses that go through there...

the only rubbing is from the bubble tires that move all around on any sort of incline/bump/shift etc.
