tire help

going to switch out my 22's for my 300c, to a 21" step lip design, yes it gonna be wide. My rears now are 22x13's and thinking about 21x14's. Now the question, what tire that has nice stretch to it, comes in a 285/25r21?

If I were you, I'd get 295/25/21 Toyo Proxes T1R's. They run a little wide in smaller sizes, but I don't know if it applies to 21's, haven't tested mine out... yet.

And Toyo's have a very nice round stretch, my buddy run them in his Supra. If i remember right he had 235/35@19"x11" fronts and 275/35@19"x13" rears.

It's a shame that only a few tire manufactor offer 21" tires, and when they do there aren't much to pick from :shrug:

hankook makes a 285/30/21 v12 evo. i'm going to be running that on the rear of my 600h. they're really cheap too

thanks cheez! I think a 30 will make it a bit tall for the rear for me. Less rubber, better fitment lol..

Yeah I got Work Schwert SC5's in three different specs to play arond: 9,5x19"+13(burnout) 9,5x20"+7(fronts) and 10,5x21"-7(rears, should arrive in few days) =)

Here in Europe I can get Toyo's and Hankooks nearly at the same price, plus Toyo's are made from a harder rubber compound so they last longer :biggthumpup:
