air pilot kit

I have a 745i and I want to make sure it will work with the stock air bags. I was hoping someone could enlighten me.

i don't think anything will work with factory air without some decently complicated electrical work.

I thought auto pilot was a straight plug in. That's what someone told me.

autopilot is (kinda) plug an play with the rest of the system, not with your factory air. you could probably bypass all the factory electronics and run the auto pilot stand alone with a little work.

if you ever want to bring the car by the shop to let me know. i'd be happy to get under it and take a look around and come up with some ideas. a factory manual would also be helpful.

Yea I'll look you up. Where are you at in Houston? I don't have the cash now. I was seeing which kit I would need to get to have an idea of how much money I would need.

Oh I know. I figured i'd have the money in a few months but I wanted to start looking and starting a list of the parts I know will work with the car and how much money I'll need to save up to.

have someone take a look, brainstorm what parts you need, THEN start looking/starting parts list, the save up money to purchase it.
