Anyone know what this front lip is (Lexus RX330)?

Anyone know what this front lip is? It's for the Lexus RX330 (Toyota Harrier). Can't find much information on it. Ignore the blue and red lines (unless of course someone knows this kit and give me the measurements of the lip)
