audio upgrades

Added 2 monitors and a backup camera. Mucho props to v8aristo for the monitors and the install. Thanks to LOTC for the pics.

I have the viper 791 which allows me to open the trunk when i hold down on the orange button. Ive always used the remote because I scratched my aristo garnish one time at night when I attempted to stick the key in it. hehe
