LS430 studs

So I went to put my Lorinser LM6s that I bought from Agi on tonight only to find that the pad is so thick on the face of these wheels that my factory 430 studs will only go through the rim far enough to hold it on, not even enough to get the tthreads started on the lug. Does anyone know if there are specific studs I need to use when buying extended versions? Will any Lexus/Japanese car work? I'm hoping to be able to find these locally tomorrow so I would like my options to be as open as possible.

Anyone with any help/advice please let me know!!

i believe any will be fine as long as they are long enough and the thread patter is 12x1.5 I would personally buy extended studs from a name brand company like Ichiba and H&R or Lexus/Toyota dealership like you mention will do also.

I know I couldn't find any locally when I needed some. I bought Ichiba's which turned out to be complete garbage.
I now have H&R extended studs with no issues.

Ok well I bought some ARPs today, do I need to take the hubs right off to change these out? Just wondering if I need a press or?

you should be able to do them on the car. i put cheap lugnuts on the end and whack em out with a hammer. there should be a gap in the dust shield you can remove/replace them through. to seat the new studs i put a spacer on an wang on it with an impact to pull the stud through.

Thanks for the info, already have it done. The fronts don't take long at all but the backs are a bit of pain. I had the shave two threads of the studs to get the to go through the hole with the amount of room I had. Oh well, all done!

any tricks for the front? im about to need extended studs cause I have to run spacers to clear my caliipers

Yea the fronts are super easy....Just take off the Caliper, rotor and hammer the ends of the studs. They'll fall out the back the do the above to seat them!
