Put some wheels on and got to cuttin.

Ive had my van for a while now and love its functionality. I haul my gokarts around in it, have picked up engines in it, transmissions and the list goes on! Not to mention all while getting around 25mpg.

But I have been really tired of looking at the huge stock tires and ugly 15x6 oem paint faded wheels.

As some have already saw I picked up a set of 15x10 centerline replicas and test fitted those. Needless to say they stuck out way too far and were way too small in circumference. The oil pan scraped with just the wheels installed on stock unaltered suspension. So they definatley wouldnt work.

I recently picked up a set of Rota p45s off a freinds s2k and decided to roll them for a while. They are 17x7.5+45? Front (Ewww) and 17x9 +24 front all with 215/40 tires.

They look ok for now. But they also are too small in circumfrence for the egg. I think 19s are needed atleast.

But when installed on the egg it still had huge fender gaps. So I pulled out the old grinder and went to town. I also had two brand new nitrogen rear shocks for a 00 chevy s10 chillin in my garage so I fitted those in the rear. It rides stiff but doesnt bottom out. It only has 1"-1 3/4" of uptravel. The front rides like crap. I am trying to find some front coilovers for a decent price. If not I have a couple of other ideas.

I also threw on an old Greddy muffler I had laying around.

I like the van a little better now as it doesnt look quite as much like a monster truck.

Yeah I sold the Centerlines a while ago to a guy from La. He's putting them on an old yota or datsun truck. Should be pretty dope. He has and has had some pretty legit cars. His 350z is sporting some like 18x12 Garsons or something with blue faces. Also had a gangster black sc300 with seriously reworked fenders.

I am currently looking for a set of style 95s from a bmw 7 series. I think they are going to look clean. They are 19x9s and 19x10s.

Hopefully I can score a set soon.
