WEKFEST CHICAGO 8.20.11 - Presented By Weksos & Fatlace

We are coming to Chicago for our second stop on the WEKFEST Tour 2011 presented by WEKSOS and FATLACE! Come experience what is arguably the best car culture event in the U.S. The finest builds from all over the midwest will be on display. We are not like the big corporate shows of the past, each car is carefully handpicked. With WEKFEST we want to make sure that car culture is properly represented through the cars we showcase, event production, and taking care of our community. By maintaining a high level of integrity we are showing the world that it is not “just a car” and WEKFEST is not just a show.

pre meet was last firday. Even I failed at that one.

yeah, i noticed that after I posted.  Who has a pre-meet a month before the show?  Figured it was the Friday before.  All well, guess I should have read the whole thing.

Some of us actually flew in from California to attend. The reason behind the pre-meet a month ahead was to introduce ourselves personally to the Chicago community just so we can answer some questions personally and meet some of you :)

It's like a 3 hour drive for me, and I was there the 8-10th of July anyway, and will be there the 6th of August too.  Plus was there twice in June.  So making another trip would have sucked.  I have been there more already this year than in the past 5 combined.  If it were the Friday before, for say like a BBQ at Fizz or something, I would just got a room.  It's all good though, hope you guys had fun.

The upside down M for a W makes the sticker almost look Russian.  Kinda cool, can't wait for the show.
