What are these wheels, spotted on Liberty site?

Anyone know, I think the center cap says Luxury???

Yudi (Kingpin) has shipped wheels into Canada for me in the past with his trucking company.  They got there on time and safely.  We look to use him every time we transport wheels to Canada.
