This means, I need to fabricate a North American headlight into the headlight spot, just to pass the damn inspection...

I am sure that if I got a VI, I would fail the same test. 
At least my OEM ones still fit, cause with Accords its the exact same shape. Just different wiring/bulbs.

i actually never thought of SR's cars as vip. they have a lot of euros and not much jdm VIPs, but props to them! my dad and i were there the other day, and he could not get over the huge rims that he saw LOL

i have a `94 buick lesabre. it`s not vip but i`m using some stlyeling cues that i`ve seen on various cars on here. build is going slooow. the stereo is taking the better part of a week!! i started on the bodykit but it looks like plans to finish it have stopped for now,customer`s car come first.

i think no matter what it is not as much as in hawaii ratio wise..we see modded cars on every street in hawaii...

depends where you go in vancouver, and when you go out.
 
the scene is small here, but the quality is pretty top knotch for those of us that do mod our cars.

This is going to get soooo off topic , please make a new thread if you want to debate the statistics of VIP versus tuner or anything else ratio .
That really is a stupid thing to say though.
We do have a low percent compared to America but do you think in Japan that every third or 4th car is VIP'd out. Ignorance is bliss.

Haha...its all good...first fitment of the kit was last week and because my car was hit from the previous owner in the front...it didnt want to go on :(...(was doing it myself)...but now I am going to my buddy's body shop to put it on :)
I am waiting for my JP stuff to get here too :P

Vancouver reppin' :wave: VIP scene here is lousy considering the amount of people with money and the number of $$$ vehicles on the road. Not enough people willing to put that kind of work into a build but the few who do speak for themselves.

Non-platform cars: A32 Maxima and A32 I30t. Working towards a VIP inspired look but can't decide on a new set of wheels. Solid rear beam is major hate.

I like to go against the grain =)

u r rite....that why i import this van from the state....

doin a front main on a ucf11 sux when your doin it outside(thankfully Edmonton has had some damn good work-outside weather recently).

7hr's to change front main outside, 2.5 hrs to pull it again(failed inner spring ring)inside 4 hrs after changing it the first time.
