Y34 Suede Armrest DIY

I finally went through and redid my armrest the right way. I figured out how to take the damn thing apart and recovered it in "suede" instead of the carbon fiber vinyl. It came out much better looking.

The only thing was I can't sew so I wrapped it in one piece and cleverly folded the edges at the front where the seem was on the OEM leather wrap. It looks good enough for me and the whole thing only cost me about $15.

If you are interested how to take the damn thing apart its all in the DIY link.

Ill take a pic of it in the car today.
