few questions for q45 f50 cima

I was wondering if it is safe to run UAS with stock shocks for my 2002 infiniti q45 because i cannot find any suspensions for sale for this car. its like the parts are so hard to find.
and another question, what curtains size is good for my car. im new to this but i been googling up and searching for answers but could not find anything.
