Type of compound to Clean/Polish Lip

I had a set of Works Schwert SC1 wheel repolished the lip. Since the wheel was orginally anodized and now it was repolished. Anyone know what is the best compound to clean and bring out the shine and also buff some some minor scratch on the lip? I was look at Meguiar website and Turtle Wax. The shop that fixed my wheel said to use Turtle Wax (small green rubbing compound) but I like to use Meguiar. Can anyone point me to which rubbing compound is good to use since the wheel shop repolished my wheel?

Thanks
