Aight I think I got a handle on how to wire it then. I'll post with my results later.

Glad ya got em Project
As far as wirin em, I think ya might've misunderstood what Ronnie meant, that connector isn't for high, low, auto, etc...
If I searched right, it's for the Headlight Aiming control, basically allows the low beam lamps to pivot up and down.
All ya need to make up light up is hookin up harness 2
I believe this should be correct, LMK if it's wrong
Top Left = + Low Beam
Bottom Left = - Low Beam
Top Right = + High Beam
Bottom Right = - High beam

The FSM and the actual bulb have contradicting wire labeling. The manual says the lo/hi switch ground, the bulb says they switch power. I wired it to switch power and blew the fuse. I replaced the fuse and got them wired correctly today. I might try to wire them to have both bulbs on in HI beam mode, but I had to take electrical circuits twice lolols.
Post pics here and my build thread soon.

Hey guys, I have a great opportunity to swap my 97 Q head lights with a 99
Q(xenon) I was reading and all u guys said it was easy to wire up.
What exactly would I have to wire up? Can I just plug up my harness into
the 99 xenons? I'm trying to make this quick because I only have
one day to do the swap! All the help I can get would be much
appreciated!

- Clip the harness from the 97 headlights with enough room to strip the wires.
- Clip the harness from the 99 headlights with enough room to strip the wires.
- From the stock harness there will be a red, black and green wire.
- From the Xenon high beam there will be a red and black wire.
- From the Xenon low beam there will be a green and black wire.
Connect the wires as follows:
- Xenon Hi RED and Xenon Lo GREEN to stock BLACK.
- Xenon Hi BLACK to stock GREEN.
- Xenon Lo BLACK to stock RED.
For the turn signal:
- Take the bulb and bulb holder out of the Xenon headlight.
- Take the bulb and bulb holder out of the stock headlight.
- Use a Dremel (or something similar) to make the stock turn signal bulb holder fit in the Xenon housing.
I'm not exactly sure what I had to cut to make it fit but I remember it was easy.
Hope this helps, this is how I did mine. There is probably another way for the turn signal, but it was easy this way, and no moisture gets into my headlights at all.
